What is an Enomatic System for wine?
The Enomatic™ system uses inert gases to preserve wine for direct dispensing. This allows the flavors and characteristics to remain intact for more than 3 weeks. With the Enomatic system, Sodie’s can control portions and allow for wine tastings without compromising the integrity of the stored wine.
The tasting bar is always open. Come taste some of the wines that we have on the Enomatic.

Altus, AR is located in the Ozark Mountains looking over the Arkansas River Valley. Its soil composition, altitude and climate make it a great location to grow grapes for wine production. The area has several vineyards and wineries that make Arkansas a great place to get local wine.
Wiederkehr Wine Cellars
Founded in 1880, Wiederkehr Wine Cellars has produced award winning wines that compete in flavor and variety with European Wines. The Wiederkehr family chose the Altus area because its climate and terrain was similar to some of the great European wine country. Their philosophy sums it up “The best grapes make the best wines.”
Post Familie Vineyards & Mt. Bethel Winery
Also founded in 1880, the Post family has made gold medal wines for 5 generations. The Post family even helped write the laws that made producing wine legal in Arkansas. Join us in an Arkansas tradition and “Toast with Post”!
